# Configurations

Browse the configurations. We are proud of the partitions that we create, and as you will see there are a wide variety of configurations and designs that can be customized for individual needs. Remember: we remove them for free, and we leave your home damage free as well.

The alternative room divider systems introduced under the Space Well Spent line have been approved by the New York Fire Department and the New York Department of Buildings.

## The System

- Partitions are 4½ inches thick, the same as most apartment walls.
- Built from wallboard panels on steel tracks and studs, with crown molding, baseboard molding and battens.
- No nails or screws are used for stability.
- Each wall is pressurized against the adjacent permanent walls, ceiling and floor.

## Lease and Installation

- Partitions are leased in three-year increments, for as long as you want.
- Three feet of clearance is needed on each side of the installation area.
- Removal at the end of the lease is carried out by us at no charge.
